John spent the early years of his career as a Technical Director on Broadway, Concerts and Theatrical Tours. His many credits include Broadway productions of Macbeth and The Who's Tommy, national tours of The Joffrey Ballet and Driving Miss Daisy, and concerts for Jackson Brown, Michael Jackson, and Arlo Guthrie.

John brought his theatrical expertise to corporate industrial theatre in 1995. He has worked in cities around the world as Production Manager and Technical Director. From Boca Raton to Beijing, he has transformed ballrooms, band shells and stadiums into theatrical environments for GM, Chrysler, Pfizer and The Coca-Cola Company, to name just a few.

Ed has been "behind the scenes" for over 15 years creating and managing theatrical experiences worldwide. His work ranges from theatre and industrials to film and television. In business communications, Ed expertly blends creative direction with client-driven business objectives, technical knowledge, and theatrical sensibility to inform and motivate audiences.

For instance, clients such as The Coca-Cola Company, SAP, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, benefit from Ed's rich entertainment credits, which include many years as a theatrical stage manager, both on and off Broadway and art department coordinator for HBO's Oz and Sopranos television series.

felicia bettini

In addition to keeping the business running, Felicia brings a unique perspective to el-j with her diverse background in leadership training, management, education, and business administration. She has worked for Fortune 500 corporations, academic institutions, and theatrical venues.

Felicia is pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership though the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and anticipates receiving her PhD, summer 2012.

Currently, she holds a Master's Degree in Education (Counseling & Development) from Long Island University and a B.S. degree in Business & Marketing from Mercy College.

tara mccormick

production coordinator

With over twelve years of experience in the field of corporate event and media production, she has managed and coordinated a wide variety of projects across a broad spectrum. From large scale automotive product launches and press events, to hospitality and beverage companies, Tara has helped navigate and manage the teams transportation, logistics and on site coordination.

In addition to her work domestically, Tara has brought her organizational management talents to projects around the world working with clients like The Coca-Cola Company, Marriott, Ritz Carlton, Mini Cooper, Chrysler, General Motors and more.

Jon has over 20 years experience in live theatre and events. His theatrical credits include the national and international touring companies of; Cinderella, Seussical The Musical, OKLAHOMA!, Cabaret, The Full Monty, Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake, Edward Scissorhands and Kiss me Kate. Jon's attention to detail, calming demeanor, and ‘can do' attitude, have made him the ‘go to guy' for production companies cross the country. He has been instrumental to the success of product launches, press events and grand openings for corporate clients such as: Old Navy, General Motors, Chrysler, and Pfizer.
