United Rentals is the largest equipment rental company in North America. When United Rentals’ marketing team asked el-j to look at their overall approach to meetings, we developed a number of creative and innovative ways to help amplify and enhance their audience experiences.
For employees: We strengthened message alignment and increased production value at the Annual Managers Meeting. The Managers’ Recognition Awards event was reinvented as a live sports-television program and it was also taken outside the ballroom. These highly rated changes have helped make the Managers Meeting even more memorable and meaningful.
For customers: We helped create an immersive, interactive customer experience by taking the United Rentals marketing messages on the road with the Building Futures Tour. This multi-city, “roadshow-style” event included an immersive 360’ mobile projection theatre, interactive experiences and activations, and memorable local market experiences for customers. Also highly rated, the tour is currently in its second year.
