John Bettini spent the first 15 years of his career as a Production Carpenter, Flyman, Rigger and Technical Director for numerous Broadway productions, concerts and national tours. His theatrical credits include: Macbeth, Driving Miss Daisy, The Joffrey Ballet, Dangerous Liaisons, Victor / Victoria, Jelly's Last Jam, and The Who’s Tommy, to name a few. In addition, he has worked on concert tours for Jackson Brown, Michael Jackson, Diana Ross, Chuck Berry and Arlo Guthrie.

Since 1995, John has brought his theatrical background and experience to corporate industrial theatre full-time. He has worked in cities around the world as Production Manager and Technical Director for hundreds of corporate events. At el-j, John brings his clients’ concepts to life. From Boca Raton and Boston to Barcelona, Budapest and Beijing, he has transformed ballrooms, band shells and stadiums into a variety of theatrical environments.

Ed Baldi has spent over twelve years “behind the scenes” creating and managing experiences, both nationally and internationally as a stage manager, producer, technical supervisor, and coordinator. His cross-platform multi-media experiences range from theatre and industrials to film and television, honing his talents and giving him the skills to manage effectively in a variety of settings. In business communications, Ed expertly blends client-driven objectives, technical knowledge, and theatrical sensibility to inform and motivate audiences. Clients like GE, Pfizer, and The Coca-Cola Company, to name a few, continue to profit from Ed’s rich entertainment credits which include Broadway’s Roundabout Theatre Company, and HBO’s Oz and The Sopranos television series.

Today, Ed continues to wear many hats at el-j productions. Whether as producer, stage manager or production manager, his approach allows him to move comfortably from boardroom to backstage and successfully realize his client’s visions.

Jon Harrington has over 20 years experience in live theatre and events as a Technical Director and Production Manager. His theatrical credits include the national and international touring companies of; Cinderella, Seussical The Musical, OKLAHOMA!, Cabaret, The Full Monty, Matthew Bourne’s Swan Lake, Edward Scissorhands and Kiss me Kate, just to name a few. Jon’s attention to detail, calming demeanor, and ‘can do’ attitude, have made him the ‘go to guy’ for production companies cross the country. He has been instrumental to the success of product launches, press events and grand openings for corporate clients such as; Old Navy, General Motors, The Ritz-Carlton, and Pfizer. At el-j, he uses his experiences to transform our clients’ creative visions into working theatrical realities.

Felicia Bettini brings over twenty years of managerial experience from a variety of disciplines including corporate, theatrical and academic. She has held positions as Executive Director of the Edgerton Center for the Performing Arts, Director of Operations at the Stamford Center for the Arts, Business Manager for the John Harms Center for the Arts, and Production Coordinator for Broadway’s Hudson Scenic Studio. Felicia has also held administrative positions at both IBM and General Foods.

These experiences coupled with a B.S. in Business-Marketing from Mercy College and a Masters degree in Counseling & Development from Long Island University, give Felicia the diverse background necessary to fulfill her role as General Manager.

Julie K. Harding has experienced business communications from all sides; as an administrator in the high-tech telecommunications industry she worked on trade shows, sales incentives and employee trainings.

Seeking creative challenges, Julie transitioned “behind the scenes” to event production where her customer service values, creative eye and can-do-attitude affirmed her new position as a coordinator. Strong problem solving skills coupled with a quick wit and a calming demeanor have resonated well with clients such as McKesson, MedImmune, and The Coca-Cola Company to name a few.

Before joining el-j productions in early 2006, Julie held a staff position, as well as, freelanced with several production companies.
